We are seeking a innovative clinical leader to develop and drive the highest quality culture within the Child/Adolescent Programs. The desired leader will require a high degree of energy, optimism, dedication, passion and determination, for the patients and families we service.
This key leader is responsible for assisting the Program Director in overseeing all operations and clinical services provided at the PHP. The Assistant Program Director will provide direct oversight and supervision to all clinical services at the PHP center. The Assistant Program Director will assist in the development and implementation of the program , This continuum of care includes intervention and stabilization of children and adolescents between the ages of 3 through 17, who are experiencing behavioral and psychiatric crisis. .
The ideal candidate will
- Master’s level clinician, preferably an LCSW who has a minimum of (3) years’ experience and expertise in early childhood development and adolescent care
- Experience and expertise in early childhood development and adolescent care.
- Previous management experience in a psychiatric services center setting strongly preferred.
- Ability to be on call during all other hours of operations.
Masters degree required; advanced clinical licensure preferred. Experience in the clinical management of Child/Adolescent issues.
