Job Description

We are seeking an innovative clinical leader to develop and drive the highest quality culture within the Child/Adolescent Programs. The desired leader will require a high degree of energy, optimism, dedication, passion, and determination, for the patients and families we serve.

This key leader is responsible for assisting the Program Director in overseeing all operations and clinical services provided at the PHP. The Assistant Program Director will provide direct oversight and supervision to all clinical services at the PHP center. The Assistant Program Director will assist in the development and implementation of the program. This continuum of care includes intervention and stabilization of children and adolescents between the ages of 3 through 17, who are experiencing a behavioral and psychiatric crisis.

Job Requirements

Masters degree required; advanced clinical licensure preferred. Experience in the clinical management of Child/Adolescent issues.
