Job Description

Community Health Workers provide trust based support to the HIV positive population based on their training and experiences. They assist clients with coping and overcoming fears and the navigating of complex healthcare systems by offering both insight and strategies to achieve the desired outcome.

Job Requirements

Education Required: A High School diploma or GED is required for this position.

Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license as well as easy access to a motor vehicle is required for this position. Employees may occasionally be required to conduct outreach and support outside of traditional work hours, such as evenings and weekends.

This requisition requires bilingual Spanish.
