Job Description

Trinitas School of Nursing in partnership with Union County College conduct a Cooperative Nursing Program that awards students a diploma in nursing from the School and an associate in science degree from UCC upon successful completion of the program. TSON is designated as a NLN Center for Excellence in recognition of the School’s success in sustaining its efforts to maintain excellence through a series of long-range strategic plans.

As the Dean of our Nursing School, you will provide leadership and counsel to faculty staff and students, monitors trends in nursing education, participate in research, ensure adherence to federal and state and university regulations, maintain accreditation standards, and establish strategic partnerships. Focus will also encompass the need for a forward thinker to address and adapt to the needed changes required for the School of Nursing to remain a renowned provider of education for future nurses.

Job Requirements

MA or MS in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred; NJ RN license. Previous teaching and administrative experience in an accredited program required. CNE certification preferred.
