At Trinitas Regional Medical Center, we treat about 30 patients daily using 2 Varian LINACs, IMRT/VMAT, IGRT, and SBRT. In addition we have a brachytherapy program including prostate implants as well as HDR.
As a Junior Physicist your primary clinical responsibilities will include treatment planning, weekly chart check, IMRT QA, machine troubleshooting and routine QA, and specialized procedures such as prostate implant LDR, HDR and SBRT.
A Master's of Science Degree in Medical Physics from an AAPM Accredited Graduate Program. Board certification eligible by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiological Physics. Must possess analytical and problem solving skills. Previous experience preferred.
