The Physical Therapist is responsible for examination, assessment, care planning and performing physical therapy treatment. The Physical therapist will provide treatment intervention that restores bodily functions and prevents disability following injury or disease. The physical therapist delegates and monitors responsibilities assigned to support staff (PTA and Rehab Aide) and students. The physical therapist will participate in performance improvement activities, and in all mandatory staff education programs.
Doctoral Degree or Masters Degree in Physical therapy from a CAPTE accredited school or equivalent; Licensed or eligible for PT Licensure in New Jersey. Must have NJ license upon hire but will interview license eligible. 1 year or more experience preferred; Consider new graduates.
