Program Coordinator: Nursing Performance Improvement

As the Nursing Performance Improvement Coordinator, you are responsible to manage all nursing performance improvement activities and reports; policy and procedure review and development; supporting activities for the Nursing department departmental and special projects such as Joint Commission readiness, LeapFrog initiatives and involvement in DSRIP initiatives. This position reports directly to the VP of Patient Care Services and CNO.
NJ RN license or eligible. A baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required. MSN is highly desirable. Ability to perform all competencies as required for employment in this position. A minimum of 2 years of staffing and/or leadership experience. Evidence of organization and communication skills which will facilitate recruitment and retention strategies and intra- and interdepartmental communications.
