Job Description

Our Long Term Care/Subacute unit consist of 124 bed. Working a fast paced environment, the incumbent will be responsible for assessment, clinical documentation, medication and treatment. Incumbent will be responsible for admission, discharge and transfer of residents, obtain and transcribe physician’s orders. The position requires 67-100% standing. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and provide continuity of care and service for each resident under the direct supervision on the Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and Physician.

Job Requirements

Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing: Current licensure as a Professional Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Must have good inter personal and communication skills. Must have certification in cardio pulmonary certification.
